I showed up for my appointment at the scheduled time and they told me they had tried to reach me to reschedule and that they could not see me. I had received a confirmation text 2 days prior directly from them plus a reminder text the morning of my appointment from Zocdoc. I had no voicemails, texts, or emails from them trying to reschedule. No apology nor explanation.

I actually was so happy with the care and attention that Dr. Brown and the office took that I recommended Presidential Dental to a colleague looking for a dentist on our company's insurance. No one likes feeling like their dentist is operating like a used car salesman, so being walked through each issue on the 3D scan of my mouth and being counseled through what was concerning and what Dr. Brown recommended to monitor or address in the short-term vs. what was just cosmetic and being told I had the option to discuss potential solutions at any any point if I wanted, made it feel like my dental health is the priority.

Went in for a routine check up found out that I needed a lot of dental work was able to start the work right away. After the procedure I was in little to no pain. Dr Hancock really did a good job on my root canal and cavities will be back

I would say normally I am pretty nervous coming in for a dentist appt but coming into the Presidential Dental group and seeing Dr. Brown was a nice experience. The office was centrally located, the office sent appt reminders as well as paperwork to do to cut down time which I was appreciative. From the receptionist to the tech and then Dr. Brown, while I was nervous, they made me feel as comfortable as possible. Everyone was professional and very nice and happy to find a new Dentist to see and would recommend them to friends.

I was initially contacted the day before my appointment asking me to push my 8:30 am appointment back 30 minutes, and 15 minutes before my appointment - when I was already there - the office texted me asking me to coming 45 minutes later - now at 9:45am. When I was seen, I wasn't seen by the Dr. Brown, who I had booked the appointment with, but instead by Dr. Hancock, and I wasn't told this until I was already in the exam room. That being said, Dr. Hancock was perfectly nice and seemed like a good dentist.
Two other comments. My teeth didn't feel as 'squeaky-clean' as I'm used to after a cleaning. I also didn't initially realize this dental practice seems to specialize in cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry, so it might not be the best fit for 'regular' dental care

This was overall a very negative experience, which has resulted in a chipped tooth and ongoing jaw pain four days later. This was my first visit to the practice. I expected more of a get-to-know-you visit, a look at my teeth with conversation about possible treatment, and a cleaning. Before I understood what was happening, I had shots of Novocain going into my gums. I was not prepared for this, nor did I have the time -- as they were getting things prepared, 90 minutes into my appointment, I communicated that I needed to leave to get my son. They assured me they would finish in time, but when they were not actually done in time, I had to be very pushy to be able to leave. THEN they asked if I could come back for the cleaning.
Worst of all -- in the midst of this work, the dentist filed my front tooth -- apparently for aesthetic purposes -- without asking or tell me she was going to do so. The next day, the tooth chipped.
I will never go back here.

Great service and staff! No wait time or delay. The only comment is that the forms I filled out on Zocdoc weren’t transferred to the office so they asked me to fill them out again upon arrival. Luckily, I was able to download the forms from Zocdoc and email them over but that’s something the app should fix going forward.

What a fantastic dentist! I have never had my oral health broken down so clearly and been able to actually visualize the problems! I feel like this office really cares about their patients. And the music was a nice touch!

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff who want to work with you to get your teeth healthy! I am so excited to have found this office and cannot wait to finally have a dentist I can trust. I’m genuinely excited for my next appointment to get my tooth health back to where it should be :)

I had a wonderful experience from the moment I entered to the moment I left. One, the energy and vibe of the office was soothing, with great music selection (if you’re ever anxious about the dentist). Staff is attentive and super friendly!! And Dr. Brown was amazing, she walked me through everything, explained it all, answered my questions and created a comforting space! So glad to have them apart of my medical team!!

I arrived early for my appointment & even though 1 portion of my dental coverage was switched, I'll be rescheduling to see Dr. Brown. My dental insurance that wasn't switched sent me a list of other Dentist, but I'm not going to them do to the lasting 1st impression of Dr. Brown's office.
