An hour wait, but in their defense, apparently Zocdoc doesn't sync with their system so it doesn't really reflect availabilities. But for new patients, they squeeze them in, and then ask them to book by phone in the future. So, since I booked same day and they didn't actually have an open slot, I guess it is reasonable that I had to wait. But the actual service (front desk, prep person, chiro, masseuse) was good!

The entire staff and facility at Prestige Health and Wellness were awesome and impressive. Everyone was extremely professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I am somewhat hesitant to go to any doctor due to anxiety over the experience, but I get none of that here!
I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a top tier chiropractic experience!

Dr. Bobby & the rest of the doctors I've seen here are excellent; everyone from front desk to billing to medical team are kind, patient, and a pleasure to interact with; and the office space is incredibly soothing, well kept, inviting, and technically up to date. Dr. Isaacs chiropractic care and Christian's massage therapy are excellent. I had never used chiropractic services but I was in such pain that I decided to try it. He’s really wonderful. Very good experience. New office, still building clientele at that location, so a lot of availability, but really nice doctors and really great chiropractic adjustment and help with pain management! They have other established locations, as well, and are very much consummate professionals.

Wonderful treatment. I have been suffering neck pain for two years and I tried so many methods. I had some doctors before, but one problem was that they wait so long. I just waited less 10 minutes and I got diagnose and received treatment immediately. I felt much better and I am going to have one month treatment and I think he will help to fix my long-suffering pain.

Dr. Bobby was fantastic! He saw me on super short notice right before the holidays when every other chiro was closed. After reading my notes about why I was coming in (and the pain I was in) he even called and asked if I wanted to come in earlier. He is personable, spent time explaining everything to me and made me feel completely comfortable. The office is clean and quiet, and I left feeling better than I arrived - so I would say it was a successful visit! I will definitely be back again.

My first ever visit with a chiropractor was with Dr. Bilitsis, and I left feeling considerably more comfortable and relaxed than I was when I walked in. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and the office had a very relaxed vibe. I intend to go back for continued treatment and would recommend Dr. Bilitsis if you're looking for a chiropractor.

When I went in to see Dr. Bobby the first time, I was essentially paralyzed with pain in my lower back, shooting down into my leg. I was unable to turn over in bed, and had great difficulty sleeping and moving. I was recovering from a fall that seriously injured both legs, and the back pain was an extra complication that came up as I was healing. After seeing Dr. Bobby and his staff just three times, my pain and mobility issues were greatly reduced. Three weeks after treatment began, I was pain-free and feeling much stronger. Treatment continues to be comprehensive including chiropractic care, physical therapy, home exercises, e-stim, and massage. I wasn't sure what to expect from my first chiropractic experience, but what I found was a compassionate staff of professionals who work together to determine the best treatment for my needs. I would also like to add that they are non-judgemental and understanding of special considerations for fat patients, as I am one myself. I have never felt uncomfortable or shamed because of the size of my body, and I feel I have been listened to and understood every step of the way. I plan to continue treatment with Dr. Bobby and his team as an on-going part of my health maintenance.

OK, I never write reviews but I have to for this. I've never felt more at home and at ease in a medical environment... ever. I stayed 20 min after my first appointment with Dr. Bilitsis just chatting away. I had what I call the "zappy machine" treatment, a 15 min massage concentrated on one area, a cupping session, an adjustment and even went into their physical therapy room to do some exercises. I came out of this place feeling like a noodle floating on a cloud that had just taken a happy pill. Dr. Bilitsis was so incredibly welcoming, kind, funny and actually made the appointment kind of fun! My neck/back are way more messed up than I thought and I'm so excited to continue on here and get better! Thumbs up!

I had the great fortune of finding Dr. Bilitsis on a Saturday afternoon before having to travel for work, while suffering from a hurt neck and lower back. Dr. BIlitsis welcomed me to his office himself and was very kind, easy to speak with and clearly knowledgeable. Over the next hour and 15 minutes(!!), he attentively and thoroughly explained to me my situation and treated me with some sort of electrotherapy, a wonderful massage by his colleague and realignment in the most gentle and healing way imaginable. I have never before found a NYC doctor with zero wait time and 1.25 hour care time. Truly exceptional. I can't recommend him enough and am so glad I found him and his office. I plan on returning for all my chiropractor needs!

I never thought it was possible to look forward to going to a doctor. Dr. Bilitsis is very knowledgable and affable. It's always a pleasure to talk to him. I never waited more than a few minutes to start my session. Both Dr. Bilitsis and the massage therapists that work with him are extremely skilled. I went to him when I threw out my lower back and was barely able to walk, sit or stand. Within one appointment, I was feeling almost magically better and could comfortably take the subway to work the day after next. Scheduling follow up appointments is very simple and he is always willing to schedule appointments on Saturdays which was very convenient for me.

Dr. Bilitsis was courteous, prompt, very easy to talk to and knew exactly what to do to fix my hip ailment! When he busted out the Graston on me, I immediately recognized that he knew his stuff since I needed the same procedure done against my IT band before with my old Chiro in SF. It hurt enormously but in a good way, and with the proper technique you expect from the best of Chiros. He definitely set me at ease in getting my body fixed in spite of the pain I expected. I'd visit Dr. Bilitsis again in a heartbeat!
