What are the best primary care physicians I have ever had. Not only is it so close to home but she listened to everything I have been going through and she took it seriously a lot of people would just have you in and out and try slap a Band-Aid on what’s wrong with you. She was the complete opposite. ?

I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A COPY OF MY BILL! I have called MULTIPLE times! Only thing this office does is tell me to leave a voicemail and then they DONT RESPOND! The one time I talked to someone on the phone, they said they would send it to my email and still have not!

It can be challenging to find a provider that checks all the boxes when you're relocating from out of state and in a new healthcare network. After a cross-country move, I found Dr. Stephanie Nielson via Zocdoc and I couldn't be happier. She was super personable, informative, and had excellent referrals/recommendations; especially for me being new to the area. Everyone in the office was incredibly helpful and friendly. I really can't say enough good things about my experience here.

I visited this office for an injury and to establish a new primary care provider. I was seen quickly, but had several issues. Because there was no on-site X-ray, I had to go elsewhere, which was fine, but although the office received results within days, I heard nothing for a week and only received a voicemail after calling them and being told they would call me back. I was simply told on the voicemail the X-ray was normal, with no further guidance on my injury. A medication I do not take was added to my chart and remains despite multiple requests. When transitioning prescription management, I was required to complete a drug test (seems over the top but ok) and again had to follow up before the prescription was sent, despite results of that test being available quickly. Communication was difficult with the physician as she spoke very fast. A radiology center sent mammogram results requesting a follow-up order, and I still have yet to receive a response. Will be finding a new provider.

I don’t normally write reviews, but my experience with Dr. Nielsen was the best medical experience I’ve had in a long time! She listened to all my concerns without judgment, spent extra time. I’m sure she didn’t have talking to me about everything going on and making sure I felt comfortable with a treatment plan before we moved forward. I’m so thankful for her and the entire team!
