What are the best primary care physicians I have ever had. Not only is it so close to home but she listened to everything I have been going through and she took it seriously a lot of people would just have you in and out and try slap a Band-Aid on what’s wrong with you. She was the complete opposite. ?

I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A COPY OF MY BILL! I have called MULTIPLE times! Only thing this office does is tell me to leave a voicemail and then they DONT RESPOND! The one time I talked to someone on the phone, they said they would send it to my email and still have not!

I had my first appointment to establish myself a new patient, and I appreciated the provider’s great bedside manner. I did not feel rushed at all - she listened to each concern I had and didn’t dismiss anything, everything was thoroughly discussed.

Dr. Dang was friendly and enthusiastic. However, as a high-strung person myself, I tend to appreciate confident, clear communicators as a provider. Dr. Dang was kind of all-over the place & was a bit too hurried for what I would've rather experienced. Dr. Dang is a good doctor, but I don't think she is the right fit for me.

Mrs. Dang is a great provider who addressed all my needs with attentive listening skills and awesome bedside manner. Overall my visit did not take long and I felt taken care of especially after so many years of not having a primary care provider. Very clean and friendly environment as well!

My appointment was available for the next day, Sarah was thorough and kind. Her nurse Bella was amazing. The whole experience was quick but I never felt rushed. I wasn't bogged down by paperwork before coming, and the follow ups and next steps made me feel really comfortable and like she heard my concerns. Finally found a PCP!

Sarah was incredible kind, caring & super easy to talk to over my medical concerns! From check in to in take, the staff is incredibly nice & really put the care in medical care. Bella was so sweet & it was great to actually have a conversation during my intake to get the information necessary for the visit. Highly recommend this office & doctor, and am looking forward to making them my primary care doctor.

Drove around 45 minutes to this office because the doc has really good reviews. Checked in, did new patient paperwork. Advised reception that my work schedule had changed and I really needed to be seen as close to my appointment time as possible. Paperwork took about 10 minutes into my appt time, to make sure everything was accurate.
An hour and 5 minutes later, the doc finally blessed me with her presence. I mentioned that I had been waiting an hour, she promptly told me that the 10 minutes of paperwork was the reason why she was an hour late. Was, frankly, pretty rude about the whole situation.
She then scrolled through my info on the computer and asked me about half of the things I had written down in my intake form. I mentioned that I had literally just written ALL the info down on the form. She, very rudely, said that it wasn’t in her records. I told her everything was on the form. The reception had only input about 1/4 of my info in the 65 minutes they made me wait.
