One of the nurses their need to have a better attitude when working with patients. Never even made conversation with me and acted like she was scared to give a flu and covid test.

This was my follow up visit. Doctor answered my questions. Explained how long it until my cough will be gone and why. I asked about a physical. Someone from his staff as I checked out explained how to make an appointment, what will happen at the appointment, how long it will take. Even. Gave me info on it. I needed a new doctor due to change in insurance. And I have found him.

Friendly staff. Dr Seyed listened to my concerns answered my questions. Examined me. Told me what was wrong explained the medications I was being prescribed. I was looking for a new physician and I’ve found him. Will be back.

I felt like the doctor didn't want to really listen to my problem. He then asked about a bunch of other things and i said i have migraines sometimes and he said he would prescribe medication for that and he did not. My original visit was to get my prescription refilled for my anxiety medication that I got from the urgent care. He said he wouldn't refill it because it was a controlled substance and i would have to see a psychiatrist. I asked for a referral to a psychiatrist and they printed me out the contact information from the doctor they found online. It wasn't a referral from the actual doctor. It was just contact information for the psychiatrist. I didn't even get a referral for an adult psychiatrist. I got a referral to a child psychiatrist which didn't make any sense, especially since I can't use it as a referral because it's just contact information.

Dr Syed is an amazing dr., he has exceptional bedside manners, he listens to you, he is someone that I met when I first came to Georgia 23 years ago. Seven years after meeting him my insurance changed and I didn’t see him for another eight years. Once my insurance excepted him again I have been there ever since. I recommend him to all my family and friends and no one has ever been disappointed! Dr Syed thank you for being such a caring human being! You are the best!
