I wish waiting time was a little faster but no complaints in staff and the doctor Dr Cindy Jacob. Listed to all of my concerns, did not hurry up took her time and made me feel very comfortable. Thorough exam and overall great bedside manner!

My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 a.m., and they told me to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out new patient paperwork. I got there at 7:55, but the door was locked. After waiting for a bit, I noticed the next door was connected to the same office, so I went there after two people ahead of me. Around 8:05, someone from that side opened the main door and started helping others, and that is when I realized I was supposed to wait there.
I told them that I needed to be at work by 9:00, and they said it would be fine since I was the first patient. However, I was not seen on time and ended up leaving at 9:15, late for work and without having all my concerns addressed.

She listens to u instead of her going off what she needed, she allows u as a patient to tell her whats wrong with ur body and she will tell her how or what can u to change whats wrong with ur body or going through to change it ...
