it was absolutely terrible and it's not Psychiatry like it's under when you go to Google the lady couldn't help me with even two weeks worth of medication that I've been getting for 14 years she was very inconsiderate and rude I would never refer anybody there

I recognize that the Rx's for Controlled Substances regulations and requirements surrounding Rx for Controlled Substances, and that said regulations can create a series of mini-steps for the physician to fully provide care. That said, I felt as though I was a burden for having to follow up with the dr regarding these steps. My Pharmacy was backordered on the medication I needed, so I called Dr. Gerry to request a transfer to a different pharmacy. She responded asking “why she had to do all this” and "that its not her job bc she's the doctor,” so the pharmacy should handle it.
It made me feel like I was a burden, as if I was manufacturing these complications.
I plan to transfer my care to another provider; I do not feel comfortable discussing my care with a MENTAL HEALTH physician who will take their frustrations out on the patient simply because patient's condition imposes additional duties of care on them.

Dr. Geraldine Marrocco, is caring, compassionate and thorough. She takes her time when she meets with you. I think this one of the reasons she is so good at making the correct diagnosis. Well that, in addition to being a brilliant practitioner.
When I walk into her office, I am always treated like a family member. It’s not just me, I see Dr. Marracco and her staff treat all their patients the same way. The office culture is professional, but always in a warm and friendly manor. I highly recommend Dr. Marracco.
What more can I say except that Dr. Marracco is one of the best, if not the best.

Jerri is an excellent clinician who takes the time to listen to her patients' concerns. She promptly follows up after a diagnosis or with testing results. Jerri also makes herself available via telehealth visits as needed with little or no wait time. Her practice is unique in that as a patient, you are treated as a person rather than a number; it is the antithesis of the more common, large corporate owned medical practices. In summary, I would not hesitate to recommend this practitioner.

You’ll love your visit to Jerri’s office. Tina is the office manager who welcomes you and then you become part of the family.
Doc Marrocco takes time to listen and when she’s examined you she will give you her assessment. At that point she’ll give her professional recommendations and set up additional follow visits with specialists. You’ll return to Jerri once your records have been reviewed. I think of her as the traffic doc who coordinates everything for you, the patient. You won’t be lost in the shuffle ??
