I booked an ultrasound as a new patient with Dr.Sansom on ZocDoc since they listed it as a service- please make sure you double check with the actual office prior! I made a mistake and they told me they are a primary care and on ZD it appears as if they specialize lots of things. Not their fault, just know ZocDoc isn’t the best way to schedule with their office. I ended up not being able to get an ultrasound done unfortunately and I also wasn’t able to see Dr. Sansom who I booked with due to something happening in their office which was a bit of a bummer. Overall most of their staff was kind. I do wish I was able to see who I booked with, and they had possibly called to inform I wouldn’t be able to get an ultrasound done there since i was new, before I took time off of work so I could’ve just cancelled the appt :( I’m new to this process of making lots of appointments with many different offices and thought I was doing the right thing, so I walked out just feeling silly

I had a wonderful experience at Primary Peak Medical. From the moment I arrived, everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable.
Kailey was very understanding and personable, taking time to listen and answer my questions without making me feel rushed. Susan Sanson, the CNP, was kind, thorough, and reassuring. She explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease.
The front desk staff and the phlebotomist were also incredibly sweet and professional, making great conversation and creating a warm, friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this caring and attentive team!

The best doctors appointment I’ve ever had. All my concerns were addressed so quickly and we were able to check off so many things from my list all in one visit. I got blood work a Pap smear and an IUD plus my yearly evaluation all in one. The staff was so friendly everyone made me feel at ease. It was truly my first good experience at a doctors office ever.

Susan was fantastic! She actually listened to my concerns, validated me and conducted blood labs to test me for PCOS, unlike other doctors I've seen in the past who just told me to take Ibroprophen. I will definitely keep going to Susan for my medical needs.

Very understanding and compassionate. I suffer from agoraphobia and had 4 panic episodes while I was there. They helped me immediately get into a private room and talked me through my panic attacks. They did my entire appointment in that room so I wouldn't have to go into the main office. Mad me feel safe and understood. The Dr. Addressed all my concerns and I was able to get all of my meds that same day! They are amazing. She is even setting up future appointments via tele health to accommodate my agoraphobia.
