Dr. Jackson Gates, MD say me via face time. He listened to me, diagnosed my symptoms, and prescribed an antibiotic for strept throat. He even had someone from the office call back a little later to make sure the pharmacy had the order and that I had what I needed. I would call him again for treatment.

I seen this doctor for a routine physical/pelvic exam due to a previously canceled visit with an external provider. Between the provider and his assistant they were so flexible with scheduling me at the last minute and ensured I was comfortable. As a healthcare worker I can truly say Dr. Gates did more than impress me with his thoroughness. During this visit he provided information regarding all of my concerns and was VERY patient with me!
If you are looking for a new provider I highly recommend Dr. Gates.

I would not recommend this Dr to any of my friends or family members.
I had a bad experience with him ( my 1st bad experience with any Dr in my entire life). He appeared to be a good listener, but in reality, he is not. When I refused the treatment he proposed to me (to wear an adult diaper for my overreactive bladder knowing that I am a young female), He didn't want to propose any alternatives
I insisted to have Oxybutynin which is a well-known anticholinergic, he didn't seem to know about it, I saw him looking it up on Google, then he said "yeah, we can try that".
Also, I didn't like the way he would belittle other fellow physicians, like he's the only good physician in the country
Many times, he bragged about himself, saying how good he is, what he does, and others don't...
If you go there, try to comply with all he says. There's no patient- physician relationship

I tried several times to upload my insurance information to the format provided. It wasn't patient friendly. When I attempted to call the office to get help with providing my insurance information there was a recording stating that office could only answer the phone 2 times out of the week & only two hours out of those days.

I’m so happy I came across Dr.Gates’ profile on ZocDoc. The entire experience was pleasant. The office was very clean and his staff was friendly. I visited 3 other doctors before Dr.Gates and he was the only one that gave me a clear understanding of my medical issue and how to solve it.
