The best dentist I’ve ever been to. I was so scared and anxious but really the way they explained everything to me from dental jargon to procedures and what could work best for me at MY pace made me feel accepted and comfortable, which I have never experienced before. As someone with a long history of dental work, this was the first time I wasn’t put on display or shamed for my struggles with mental health. They understand the invisible battles that people like me have to go through and it’s refreshing finding a doctor and firm, that helps you to the best of their ability. Thank you!

I value a friendly staff and a doctor that listens and doesn't make you feel like a number. I've noticed in the past (and through past experiences) that this happens often. But not here at Prime Dentistry. Staff was on top of it. Contacted me to change my appointment to include my cleaning so they could get the ball rolling with me. The doctor (Dr. Jean), hygienist and staff were super friendly and Dr. Jean was every bit as good as his reviews indicate. I couldn't be happier that I made the transition. Not only that, they are a hi-tech office so you didn't have to wait several minutes for the X-rays to be ready or wait sitting in the chair for the Dr to come in. They not only seem to care about the timeliness of themselves, but in their patients as well while also remaining friendly, communicating, smiling, getting to know you and making sure I felt that. Best decision I've made with dentistry in a long time!

The staff and doctor were equally helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. The office is beautiful, and the exam chair was surprisingly comfortable—a nice bonus when you're reclined for a while. I was initially nervous about switching dentists after more than a decade, but I couldn’t be happier with my decision.

I have been looking for a Dentist and honestly I found him. He doesn’t look at the problems in your mouth as a problem. He quickly works on a solution. Obviously, I had quite a few issues from past Dentists and he said we’re gonna do this one by one. He was so compassionate and caring, sensitive, and tender that I knew right away he was the one! The office staff is unbelievable very friendly very professional. I am so happy I found him. I’m so happy I found them. So now I can get the care that I need and fix these issues once and for all.!!! ?

Once I walked in I was comfortable and put at ease and informed of every step. The staff were friendly. Every procedure was explained before, during, and after. Dr. Hugues informed me of all my options. It was definitely a 20/10. I was actually running late and called them to
Inform them and they accepted it with no ease. The wait was less than 5 minutes after I filled out my paperwork electronically. They explained the billing and everything that was covered by my insurance and what I would have to pay out of pocket. Don’t wait book that appointment.

Overall the absolute best experience! This is coming from someone that delayed visits based on horrible experiences with other doctors. Dr Jean immediately puts you at ease and listens to what you want to accomplish. He takes the time to explain and answer all your questions and concerns. His staff is top notch. From your arrival and being greeted with a smile until you leave. I highly recommend Dr Jean and his staff if you’re looking to change doctors or just looking for a new doctor. You will not be disappointed!!
