I don't often write reviews but certainly wanted to in this case. I found Dr. Marzena Karwowski from glowing reviews on ZocDoc from others who have suffered headaches and experience with hEDS.
I could not recommend her more. Her practice allows me to twice a week benefit not only from gentle chiropractic adjustments but to also do acupuncture/electrical stim/physical therapy. She also has a massage therapist in her practice included in my treatment plan & looks into insurance coverage.
I really value her multimodal approach to targeting my specific problems and in only 4 weeks at this point I'm seeing massive improvements. If you have tried what feels like everything and are giving up I would recommend seeing her- 5/5 great listener, very kind, and results driven.

Fantastic chiropractor.
Only 1 visit so far, but she asked me more questions about my chronic migraines than my neurologist!
She really cares about finding root causes, curing pain through multiple methods (some western, some eastern), and works with your insurance to cover those things like acupuncture, cupping, massage, et cetera - things that are NOT usually covered by insurance & expensive out-of-pocket to try!
Great bedside manner, incredibly smart & friendly lady. Really listens.
This is not a typical in-and-out quick Chiro appointment like you receive at big chains.
Will definitely be going back, already have two more appointments scheduled this week!

Dr. K and her staff were very nice. However, I felt like I was rushed in and out of there so quickly. She was out of breath talking to me Bc she was trying to get things done so quickly. She was running from room to room which made me very anxious. She did cupping on me and did not inform that it would be extra cost and then also tried to sell me vitamins. When she explained things to me she went so quickly that I couldn’t comprehend. I would not recommend her as I felt like just another number to her, rather than a patient.

Dr. was very thorough, compassionate and personable. Couldn’t ask for more from a medical professional. Came in with extreme back pain and was treated immediately to relieve the discomfort and educated on how to fully heal the injury. Highly recommend!

She really works with you as an individual and meets you where you are, and doesn’t force treatments on you which is great! Everything went smoothly, the doctor and her staff were professional, and her communication and bedside manner were very strong. As someone with a STEM background, I'm generally skeptical of chiropractic treatment (some chiropractors promote things like homeopathy) but my experience with Dr. Karwowski was science-based, with her recommending and guiding me through physical therapy to address my scoliosis. She also provided general lifestyle tips to improve my posture, which have been helpful.

My experience visiting Marzena during Covid was excellent! She was very kind and knowledgeable and had great COVID precautions. Unfortunately, her availability schedule is very difficult for me to continue treatment there while working regular 9-5.

This was my very first chiropractic visit and Dr Karwowski was amazing! I would highly recommend her to anyone. She was so kind and knowledgeable and even went above and beyond to help address other issues I was having (migraines) that I did not come in for. I definitely have faith that the plan she has for me she will help me!

I have seen many chiropractors through out the years, however this visit was one of the best. Dr. Karwowski took the time to explain my conditions and treatment time. I have never been to a chiropractor that has spent over an hour with me. Yes, I came in unable to walk with an assistance from my wife ( hence the lengthy appointment time) the doctor or the staff did not rush us and were very friendly. I also walked out of the first visit on my own ( big plus). I have scheduled dolków up. Istota and am realny looking forward to them.

I have been seeing Dr. Karwowski for about a month for debilitating migraines that occur 4 times a week. I have tried everything from medications to Botox. I finally found her through a friend of mine who has used her services while pregnant. I am now migraine free. She did everything from chiropractic to acupuncture to viewing my blood work so she could suggest a vitamin protocol. Dr. Karwowski is simple the best. The appointments were never rushed and she always answered all of my questions. Joanna their assistant is great as well. Good job ladies and thank you.

1. The treatments I've received appeared to be shallow and rushed. Each time I visited, the total time for my treatment never exceeded 20 mins. Even after I provided my feedback about the prior treatments having no positive/beneficial effects and not aggressive enough to improve my condition, it did not appear that the strength and depth of my treatment had been adjusted accordingly. My condition has never been improved after the sessions.
2. Beware of the terms and conditions that you are required to sign before receiving treatment, which they failed to properly communicate and to make sure the patient was fully aware (e.g. there's a penalty charge for missing an appointment). Instead they would simply push the responsibility to you for not having read every word on the documents.
