This was honestly the best Primary Care visit I’ve ever went to and I was a new patient! Everyone and especially the Dr. were so kind and they made me feel so calm and really made sure I understood everything going on. Dr.Lippens listened to me, and made sure I understood. She made me aware of any possible medication side effects, and any counter actions. She is easily one of the best doctors I've had in terms of attentiveness and bed side manner. It was obvious she reviewed my file before the appointment, and had my best interest in mine.

My experience with Dr. Polus was wonderful! She is a great listener and is very warm. I’m looking forward to continuing to have her as my primary care doctor!
On another note, the office seemed a little disorganized. I had checked in and filled paperwork online, but then was required to fill out everything again at the office.

wow what a great doctor. my pcp of many years retired, and i did not expect to earn to a new doctor so naturally and readily. she was incredibly kind and helpful. i am happy to know i have established a great relationship with another doc. she is really fantastic at her job. thanks doctor!

I’m normally anxious to go to doctors because I feel like they won’t listen or they’ll ignore my concerns. Dr. Polus was extremely nice and patient and answered all of my questions/followed up on all of my concerns. I’ve never been presented with an opportunity to ask so many questions during a visit before. Every person on the staff was extremely nice too. They all tried to make conversation with me and were overall great. I know I seemed anxious during my appointment and they all made me feel so much better. I went here based off the zocdoc reviews and I’m really happy I did.

Dr. Polus is the first PCP I’ve had based off of my own research versus a personal recommendation. I first saw her over a year ago for a physical & have since had to navigate some new health issues with her guidance. She is extremely accommodating, helpful, & a great listener which is paramount for me. I would recommend her!

Hannah is the best. She listens and doesn’t judge. I have always struggled with finding a doctor I trust and that I don’t dread going to see. She is really a gem! Even my son who gets so nervous going to the doctor loved her.
