I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Dr. Kweku Hayford. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely seen and cared for. He was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and—most importantly—he took his time with me. I never felt rushed or dismissed. Dr. Hayford carefully reviewed my medical history and took the time to fully understand my current condition. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. As someone who travels frequently for work and has seen many primary care physicians over the past 4–5 years, this was the first time I truly felt cared for—not just treated, but understood. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit, which says everything. I highly recommend Dr. Hayford—10/10 experience.

Very disappointed. Waste of my time. I was not seen by this provider since I would have had to wait for an hour past my scheduled appointment time. I found out after I arrived that the doctor was “running behind” while the doctor was attending other patients. This was only told to me after filling out intake forms and copying my license. There was not a single other patient in the waiting room. At this point I left and I won’t be going back.

Yes, I will definitely be returning to see Dr. Hayford, as I was impressed by his reviews. My previous provider retired, therefore, I was desperate to find someone competent, knowledgeable and well-mannered as Dr. Hayford. I really like the fact that he took a good amount of time to get to know me and how he was able to see some of my prior treatments in his laptop and responded to each one. I was also impressed as to his concern for my current medications which could be causing some of my long-term ailments. I would highly recommend Dr. Hayford as he was worth the 55 minute drive!!!!!!!

I was a little nervous due to having doctors who didn’t really listen to my needs or rushed me in the past, but he seems to genuinely care about you as a person. Great stuff! Dr. Hayford was solution-driven, and empathetic to making me feel at ease and not doing anything I was uncomfortable with regarding his solutions. I also enjoyed witnessing the simple AI tools that help doctors care for patients for effectively.
I just return from my first wellness visit with Doc Hayford since my previous doctor retired. He spent an hour with me going over my health history and preforming a physical. I found him friendly and thorough. I didn't have any major issues at this time so I cannot speak for how he would handle treatment but it was everything I wanted in a physical appointment. He called me on the way home to clarify a referral request. He also scheduled a tel-a-doc follow up meeting to review my lab work which I really liked. He will be my primary care physician moving forward.
