?I am a new patient. I was there for an annual physical. Both Doctors in the office made me feel extremely comfortable and were very professional. My appointment was with Dr Banks. She attended to all my needs and was very easy to talk to. I appreciate that! I would definitely recommend her.

Nurse Ashley was so easy to talk to & was a great listener. The front desk receptionist was so sweet & greeted me with such care & concern. The lead Dr. intruded herself(I'm bad with names...forgive me) but she assured me that I was in good hands & if there are any concerns they will address everything I need. Great experience! The doctor was very professional, patient, and truly listened to all of my concerns. I did not feel rushed, and everything was explained clearly in a way that made me feel comfortable and understood.
The staff was friendly, the office was clean, and the overall environment made me feel welcomed. I appreciate that my concerns were addressed seriously and that a plan was discussed to help improve my health and wellness goals.
