Main reason for appointment was discussed during closing conversations as an add on. This tends to be the case with each visit - your main reason for the visit shouldn’t be discussed as a response to, “Is there anything else?” I was with the doctor for about 15 minutes and it was just a very “cookie cutter” agenda. Looking for a new PCP.

I think Dr. Azam was great, he did a great job listening and giving recommendations. It was a nice first-time visit but of course, it will probably take time before I can give a solid, more in-depth, review. The only issue I ran into when going here is that they had me down as someone that was just coming to register as a new patient instead of an annual physical but they may have been my own fault. I think I probably clicked the wrong thing or forgot to change the option so I really cannot put the fault on them. Regardless of this, they were accommodating and I got my physical even though I was told they usually did not do them that late in the day. So yes, I will be coming back and I was more than happy with the service here. :)
