Dinash Yanamadula, M.D. F.A.A.P.M.R., F.A.A.P.M., is a double board certified in Physical medicine and rehabilitation and Pain medicine, fellowship trained in Interventional pain management and Sports medicine. He completed his Internship at Temple University/Frankford Hospital and completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the prestigious University of Chicago/Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital. He furthered his education to pursue a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management and Sport Medicine at Comprehensive Spine and Sports Medicine of Hawaii, where he served as Chief Fellow.
Dr. Yanamadula’s multidisciplinary approach caters to each individual in the treatment of acute and chronic pain. He has successfully treated thousands of patients, ridding them of their pain, without having to resort to surgery. Dr. Yanamadula’s special interests are in the area of low back pain, neck pain, nerve pain, and in the diagnosis and treatment of joint pain. According to Dr. Yanamadula, patient education is vital in delivering solid patient care.
Dr. Yanamadula believes that every patient needs to understand the condition that they are suffering from—thoroughly. Therefore, he is dedicated to spending time with each patient so he or she understands the journey to their recovery. His belief is that a proper physical examination can isolate most pain sources, which would allow him to institute the proper treatment plan for that patient.
Many different modalities are utilized at Princeton Pain and Spine Institute ranging from medication utilization to optimize pain relief, to implementing a physical therapy program tailored to the individuals condition and if those modalities are not effective than minimally invasive procedures may be utilized. If these treatments are not effective, Dr. Yanamadula will then make every effort to guide you in the right direction for further care. Among the minimally invasive treatments that Dr. Yanamadula specializes include: fluoroscopically guided injections along the spine can be offered in the office or at the surgical center under anesthesia to help alleviate low back and neck pain. In addition, trigger point injections in the management of myofascial pain, and joint and soft tissue injections in the upper and lower extremities are utilized in treating joint and muscle disorders. Other diagnostic tools utilized are NCV/EMG studies when warranted.
In his previous practice, Dr. Yanamadula developed a ‘Center of Excellence’—such that his commitment to patient care and excellence in his craft as the reason that he was selected by St. Jude Medical, Neuromodulation Division, to train physicians from around the country in neuromodulation techniques. His practice was one of three centers in Florida that was honored with this distinction.

I cannot express how much I appreciate the kindness of everyone in the office Dr. Dinash Yanamadula took the time to listen to me and hear out everything that was wrong with me from my perspective. I didn't feel rushed or ignored by him, like I have with so many other doctors in the past. He also didn't just jump straight to sending me back to physical therapy like I have done so many times before he helped me create a plan for taking steps to deal with things one step at a time. I finally feel like my pain is going to not control me any more, but I have a chance at being in control again. I saw Dr Yanamadula for the first time a yesterday. I have been to A LOT of doctors and I have a hard time trusting them. I can tell you that I trust this doctor more than any doctor I have seen. He is very confident and after seeing him yesterday for the first time I saw him today and was able to get a procedure done. That is unheard of!!! Anyone who has severe chronic pain knows the feeling of being controlled by a doctor or doctors. They control if you will get your medicine, they control any type of plans you want to make because it is always on there time and everything takes forever to get things done. Not with Dr Yanamadula!!! I just want him to know how grateful I am for his help and I look forward to having him as my pain management specialist!! 5 stars easily!

First time patient. Arrived and went to the window to check in and I was told to have a seat after I gave my name and appointment time. 50 minutes later.... I still hadn't been seen so I went back to the front desk and the other women there had no idea that I'd arrived or had been waiting. So much for communication! The patient manager and the other two women were very apologetic and kind, which was nice but by the time I actually got into see the dr, it was almost 1.5 hours after my appointment time. Sigh. The doctor himself was lovely and I'm hopeful that I will be able to manage my headaches under his care.

The reason I am able to sit here and write this testimonial is because of Dr. Yanamadula. I came to see him for sciatica. Because of his thoroughness in assessment and diagnosis, he discovered the real reason for my pain was a tumor. He took the time to understand and review my symptoms. He didn't rush to prescribe lond term medications or procedures. Lots of doctors are too quick to treat without fully understanding the why. I am indebted to Dr. Y. for helping me. Even though he couldn't immediately treat me until I went to my oncologist, he assured me that he was available if I needed him. The office even called me to check in. I was so frustrated and in a lot of pain when I came to Dr. Yanamadula. My back pain caused me to overcompensate and caused additional hip and knee pain. I was so irritated, skeptical and hopeless.
