I am new to area and haven’t transferred my medical records. I became ill the prior day and through portal conversations with my Primary Physician, he said I should see an Urgent Care. My Bride researched and chose Prisma. Appointment was made same day, we walked into a very clean not crowded reception area. Check-in was quick and smooth. Almost immediately taken into the treatment area and met with the practitioner. She listened intently and reviewed my Primary’s diagnosis. She made several recommendations after my examination. Fast forward seven days and I am on the road to full recovery!! I definitely recommend this Urgent Care. Fast appointments, friendly & professional service. Quick recovery. Many kudos ????????

The NP and who was assisting with her were very professional, kind, nice, compassionate and caring. I came in 15 minutes before closing and they were more than happy and ready to help me. I will definitely come back there if I have to in the future.

Never.. will I go back!! Completed the information online only to be told when I got to my appointment, their office does not use that provider and unsure if/when corporate office will take it down; she was do nonchalant about it. I input and uploaded my personal information to that vendor and now, you don't use them anymore. 2. Was seen all of five-seven minutes to be told, I need to hurry up and go to the other Urgent Care up the street (they close at 8p and it was 7:20p) so they could see me. She stated they did not have the equipment to x-ray my leg. Rushed to the other Urgent Care for them to examine my leg (actually touch it) and determine I needed antibiotics. They have my co-pay and my insurance provider may not pay for the 2nd Urgent Care I went to.

The office was very neat and clean. Wait time was not bad, and the NP I saw was excellent. She listened and took time to ensure I understood what she was saying. She also talked to her superior about specific tests that would help diagnose the problem.

The entire experience was abslutely perfect. The radiology tech James was professional, smart, caring and could not have been more accomodating. The provdier Anna was very professional, pragamatic and followed up as promised. The registration clerk was excellent, facility is brand new, spotless and extremely comfortable. The place is absolutely first class.

Upon entering the office I was greeted by two of the nicest women Id ever had the pleasure of meeting It wasn't but 10 minutes later I was being escorted to an exam room after having my vitals checked in a very private cubbyhole of a room which I appreciated The doctor want very far from coming As it seemed only 15 minutes After giving her diagnosis The front desk lady helped me with my MyChart They had called my prescription in and all I had to do was pick it up I was so appreciative as I was so sick Id recommend this office anytime

I was able to book at the last minute; they took me in right away (there was no long wait time). The front desk administrator explained everything to me well and a nurse was able to answer my question before being seen. They made me feel comfortable and I was out in no time and was able to get my problem resolved to attend an event that evening. The nurse gave me special instructions to follow once I left.

I scheduled an appointnent online & arrived 15 minutes early. I was called back before my appointment time. The staff was exceptional from beginning to end. The entire process took about an hour & that includes having Xrays & giving radiology time to go over them. Even though it took so little time, I didn't feel as if I was being rushed out the door. Very thorough & attentive. I highly recommend.

The receptionist and the nurse Katana, I believe, was phenomenal but my provider didn’t offer reassurance. She seemed like she wasn’t too interested in my concerns and rushing me out.

The Nurse Practitioner on duty was great and answered every question I had. She really went above and beyond for me with my physical. Also, herself and staff was very supportive and encouraged me with positive words about me attending nursing school. One comment the Nurse Practitioner said, “Hang in there, we definitely need good nurses!” Overall my experience was great !
