Every one was so nice from the front house staff to the back. I was comfortable and everyone was so polite and it really made my experience wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I am new to area and haven’t transferred my medical records. I became ill the prior day and through portal conversations with my Primary Physician, he said I should see an Urgent Care. My Bride researched and chose Prisma. Appointment was made same day, we walked into a very clean not crowded reception area. Check-in was quick and smooth. Almost immediately taken into the treatment area and met with the practitioner. She listened intently and reviewed my Primary’s diagnosis. She made several recommendations after my examination. Fast forward seven days and I am on the road to full recovery!!
I definitely recommend this Urgent Care. Fast appointments, friendly & professional service. Quick recovery.

The NP and who was assisting with her were very professional, kind, nice, compassionate and caring. I came in 15 minutes before closing and they were more than happy and ready to help me. I will definitely come back there if I have to in the future.

Never.. will I go back!! Completed the information online only to be told when I got to my appointment, their office does not use that provider and unsure if/when corporate office will take it down; she was do nonchalant about it. I input and uploaded my personal information to that vendor and now, you don't use them anymore.
2. Was seen all of five-seven minutes to be told, I need to hurry up and go to the other Urgent Care up the street (they close at 8p and it was 7:20p) so they could see me. She stated they did not have the equipment to x-ray my leg. Rushed to the other Urgent Care for them to examine my leg (actually touch it) and determine I needed antibiotics. They have my co-pay and my insurance provider may not pay for the 2nd Urgent Care I went to.

I felt the staff was inexperienced. I saw a NP who was very professional. However support staff was not. I completed a pre-registration for to let them know why I was there they had not read it. When they took my sample for testing they did not properly protect the sample she swab my throat and walked to God knows where with the sample uncovered. While I waited there was a lot of loud giggling and cackling going on outside of my exam room.

Excellent first time experience! I was greatly impressed with the attentiveness of the receptionist and that my intake and time seen by the physician and check out time was within 45 minutes. The physician displayed excellent bedside manner, answered all my questions and prescribed medication that immediately worked on eliminating the symptoms. I called back to get additional instructions on how to take the medication and received an immediate response from the staff with minimal hold time. It was an excellent experience and I will be using this location in the future if there is another medical need!

I took time to register online, upload insurance information, and ID prior to my arrival. When I showed up, they had no record of my registration and had to start from scratch.

We booked our appointment on ZOCDOC which is what we were guided to when we requested to book an appointment. Upon arrival at our scheduled appointment we were told that our appointment was not recognized by their office and that we had to schedule on their website and that they use ZOCDOC to schedule but their system does not recognize it.
Instead of being seen at the time we scheduled for we had to wait for an hour to be seen. The most ridiculous thing I have heard in quite some time. Why would a service like ZOCDOC be used when it does not work. The actual office and personal at the location was great but the scheduling process and wait time was unacceptable. Prisma Health should fix this issue ASAP and either stop using ZOCDOC or figure out how to get the 2 systems to work together and recognize each other.

Highly recommended calling prior to your appointment. Zocdoc informed us that our insurance was accepted. However, the front desk insisted that it was not. In addition, they did not have our appointment on their schedule despite it being confirmed through Zocdoc. Facility & care provided was great.

The online company said they took my insurance, but when I got their, they didn't accept it. The company they should be fired. I went to urgent care and found out I have COVID. I will never recommend them to anyone.

We were greeted promptly and courteously. I was called back to the examination room in less than five minutes. The nurse practitioner, Lee, was very friendly and attentive and listened to my description of my symptoms. Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. I honestly don’t know how my experience could have been better. Thank everyone that helped us today.
