As the Practice Director and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I oversee a skilled team of therapists dedicated to providing therapy for couples, families, and individuals. Our services address significant mental health issues as well as general relational challenges among couples, families, and individuals, ensuring a neutral environment for all clients.
Therapy serves as a platform for exploring relationship possibilities, navigating various life stages, and fostering personal development—from emerging relationships to reestablishing connections with family members. The essence of life lies in growth, learning, and exploration. Therapy offers a secure environment for individual self-discovery.
We accept Horizon BCBS NJ, Aetna, and other major insurance providers for individual therapy sessions. Couples can also utilize insurance coverage when a medical necessity is established.
