Doctor Mai Vu is the best. I wish she was also in family practice. She is the type of doctor that calls you and emails you immediately. She is a true doctor and really cares about her patients.

The doctor was very abrupt. She seemed so rushed and uncaring. I have never had such a horrible experience. I went in with a serious issue, which she didn't even address. Her response was, "just let it be." She wasn't empathetic in anyway. She seemed so eager to get me out the door to the point where she forgot to give me my prescription. She ran out last minute to give it to me, explaining what it was and how to take it, in front of the staff and other patience. As she was writing the prescription I asked if it was the only option, she stated it wasn't but it's what she gives out. Please save your time and money. Avoid this doctor at all costs!!

This would have been my third time seeing this doctor but after an hour drive there and hour and a half waiting time i got up and walked out. Not to mention the waiting room looked like an episode of teen mom.

The doctor was great! I saw two different doctors on two separate occasions and they were both helpful and professional. The office on the other hand is a mess! When I came in the first time they mixed up my appoints, made me wait 2 hours, they made me refill out paperwork that I had done previously online, and no one was at the desk when I arrived. The second time I went I waited an hour and then time when I was leaving no one was at the desk to check me out.
