The office made filling out the pre-appointment forms super easy and gave me different options when I couldn’t figure out how to upload something. They were great at sending out reminders & providing assistance. My appointment with Jacob was so great - he’s was on time, very thorough, he’s incredibly knowledgeable & I felt very heard. I loved my experience with the whole team!

I was well aware of an issue I had been dealing with for far too long and had done my fair share or research about what I hoped the next steps to be before booking my appointment. I explained what was going on, he listened to me, took some notes and asked me questions, and we formulated a plan that we both felt comfortable with. Jacob’s excellent bedside manner made me feel comfortable discussing what’s going on in my life. Mental health has been a huge challenge for me, so having an NP who I can trust, like Jacob, makes a world of a difference.
