The staff was great and my visit was great! She was very thorough, I got a nice folder with information. I was explained everything at length. My options were very much explained and all my questions were answered! I never felt rushed.

I got on the call with Carrie because I was scheduled for a weight loss appointment. It turns out I was a better fit with a hormone appointment and by a very lucky chance, was able to meet with Dr. Martin as well. Very positive experience so far.

Very nice and the environment was good. They provided a lot of information but it felt rushed. Provider seemed so so knowledgeable but I felt a bit confused upon leaving. I wish I had been sat down and asked my own preferences in a less rushed way as I was overwhelmed. I left with my mind spinning and uncertain of next steps. Will continue and see how it all progresses however.

My appointment with dr Alexander Martin was wonderful and I’m very impressed with the general concerns she showed for my health situation. My only complaint ab this experience would be the difficulty I’ve had staying in touch with the office to get my lab work done requested by dr Alexander Martin.

Doc knows what she's doing an so does the rest of her crew. very professional and caring group of gals. they really do want to see you succeed in life, no matter what your doc visit is for. I moved over 2 hours away an still choose Dr. A. when I could go to a doc in town for free w/ my insurance. thats how special this place is to me!! highly highly recommend. ?
