I’m an oncology nurse practitioner practicing in thoracic oncology, dual board-certified in Family and Lifestyle Medicine. My approach focuses on the full picture—how your body and mind function day to day, not just isolated symptoms.
Through Process Over Product, I provide a modern, patient-centered model that blends clinical care with lifestyle optimization. Care is proactive, personalized, and built to fit your real life. I help clients develop sustainable systems around nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress, while offering clinical insight to support safe, individualized care.
I work with a wide range of clients—from athletes optimizing performance to busy individuals trying to make health realistic. I’m especially focused on mental well-being through lifestyle, supporting stress, anxiety, and low mood, while also helping manage chronic conditions through a Lifestyle Medicine lens. This is not about quick fixes—it’s about building something that works long term.
New Patient Visit: Comprehensive Evaluation ($495) — A comprehensive evaluation focused on identifying root causes and creating a personalized, sustainable treatment plan. Includes detailed intake review, lifestyle assessment, and individualized recommendations for nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, labs, and medication management when appropriate.
Follow-Up Visits ($125/30 min, $250/60 min) — Ongoing visits focused on optimizing your plan through lifestyle medicine, lab review, medication management, and wearable/health data interpretation. Both focused and comprehensive sessions available. Membership required.
Membership ($50/month) — Membership for ongoing care, offering support between visits, including messaging, refill requests, lab review, wellness resources, monthly newsletter access, and a complimentary Bluetooth blood pressure cuff.
