I found this place of a whim through this website and I am so glad I did! Dr.Proffer and her staff are seriously the sweetest. They were so accommodating and bedside manner was amazing. I came here for Split Ear Repair and they were able to fix me up that same visit. They made me feel really comfortable with a warm blanket, dimmed lights, and letting me play my music. It was a fast process, but she made sure to answer any questions I had. Will definitely be back for any skin concerns I have in the future. The office is very beautiful and modern if you care about that lol. Thank you ProDerm!

The Pro Derm office is so clean and inviting, and all the staff I encountered were super helpful and open to my concerns. I got great recommendations and they were even able to help me out with some nail concerns. Overall, very happy with the service received from Pro Derm.

I love Dr. Proffer! She really listened to my concerns and made sure to spend time educating me on treatment options, and weighed the pros and cons for each treatment for my specific lifestyle and goals. Really thorough exam, and great staff. Elizabeth the MA was also really thorough and sweet :) I will be sticking to this practice and can’t recommend her enough!

Once you arrive the front desk is friendly and inviting. Her associates in the back that help are very sweet and sit down to talk with you. Sydney was very personable and educates you on every step of the process. She sits down and doesn't leave until all your questions have been answered.

I would recommend this facility to anyone needed a dermatologist. They entire staff was friendly and accommodating. They answered all my question's and I never felt rushed or that my questions weren't important. I have recommended this doctor to my daughter.

Highly recommend DR. Poffer... She is the sweetest, most understanding doctor I've met. She is very caring, and she gave me different options based on my concerns. Her assistant, along with the receptionists, were welcoming and made sure I was comfortable from I entered the office until
I leave. It was a great experience, and I felt all my concerns were addressed and is just waiting to see the results from her recommendation.

I figured that the spot right between my eyes was going to have to be removed and Dr. Proffer took care of it in the most professional manner. She even helped me with a couple of other minor things. She and her staff were fun and easy to be treated by. Lastly, her work was spectacular! I wish there were more doctors who were that great!

I searched for the best dermatologist in Austin
Dr Proffer was first on the list and she lived up to her reputation. Her office staff was genuine and beyond helpful. I have never seen such a well run and organized staff. My procedure went smooth. The icing on the cake was the 7 pm call from Dr Proffer herself to check on me.
That doesn’t happen in today’s world. She is a real doctor that cares for her patients

This was such a lovely experience from beginning to end. The front desk was so nice and accommodating. They brought me hot tea. Hardly any wait at all. The doctor and assistants were very friendly, thorough, and really listened. The office is so nice, and their offerings are great! I've been to other popular dermatology practices in ATX and ugh... stuffy, not personable, and feels like they try to upsell you on every cosmetic offering. Not this place - i loved it! Top choice dermatologist in ATX, hands down!
