Ya tenia mi dermatologa, pero quise cambiarla porque solo estaba en la consulta 5 minutos y se iba. pero con esta nueva doctora ella se toma el tiempo de revisar cada cosa que uno necesita, ella esta dispuesta a responder todas tus preguntas. tu equipo tambien es muy amable, desde la persona que te atiende en recepcion, hasta la persona que te ayuda en el consultorio con la doctora, sin duda fue le mejor cambio que hice, la recomiendo totalmente.

I had a great experience with Dr. Proffer and her entire team. Dr. Proffer was friendly, very empathic, attentive, and communicated everything clearly. She and Maddie, the PA, truly made me feel heard and cared about during my visit. Maddie was awesome ,kind, professional, and very helpful.
Front desk staff Hailey and Lexi were very friendly from the moment I arrived until the time I left, which made the office feel very welcoming. Grace, the medical assistant, was also friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all the questions I had. I also appreciated that they provided an after care sheet with everything I needed to know.
Dr. Proffer and her staff are definitely a 10/10, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great care from a friendly and knowledgeable team. Overall, the entire office worked together as a great team and made my experience a very positive one.

I found this place of a whim through this website and I am so glad I did! Dr.Proffer and her staff are seriously the sweetest. They were so accommodating and bedside manner was amazing. I came here for Split Ear Repair and they were able to fix me up that same visit. They made me feel really comfortable with a warm blanket, dimmed lights, and letting me play my music. It was a fast process, but she made sure to answer any questions I had. Will definitely be back for any skin concerns I have in the future. The office is very beautiful and modern if you care about that lol. Thank you ProDerm!

I love Dr. Proffer! She really listened to my concerns and made sure to spend time educating me on treatment options, and weighed the pros and cons for each treatment for my specific lifestyle and goals. Really thorough exam, and great staff. Elizabeth the MA was also really thorough and sweet :) I will be sticking to this practice and can’t recommend her enough!

Once you arrive the front desk is friendly and inviting. Her associates in the back that help are very sweet and sit down to talk with you. Sydney was very personable and educates you on every step of the process. She sits down and doesn't leave until all your questions have been answered.
