Biggest red flag that I can’t wrap my head around - the NP introduces herself as doctor. They collect a deductible up front before getting the EOB back from the insurance. The office is cash only. They advertise at being affiliated with multiple hospitals but are only affiliated with Brooklyn hospital.

I had an appointment with Dr. Bronfman but I never saw him. A female doctor whose name I don't remember saw me, and she was excellent - she listened to me very well, explained everything, planned future steps, was very knowledgeable, gentle, and friendly. I felt very comfortable with her, being taken great care of, and was in general very satisfied with my visit.

I would definitely recommend this practice. I was made comfortable upon my entry into the practice. The office was clean and the waiting room wasn’t crowded.All the staff I encountered were friendly and communicative. I needed a sonogram and the sonographer was the best. She was quick , friendly and efficient making a sometimes awkward situation pleasant and easy.At the conclusion of my visit, the np reviewed my treatment plan and suggested that the clerical staff check with my insurance before finalizing it so that I would be aware of any potential charges. I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend this practice!

The NP who saw me was unprofessional. She dismissed mental health problems as something normal and shouldn’t affect my overall health. She didn’t want to prescribe medication but told me to just loose weight. She treated me as if I was stupid. I was describing my dysmenorrhea and she told me to speak English. Highly unprofessional but I had to go since my pain was intense. I will not comeback to them. I will not recommend them to anybody.

I am so happy I came here! Treated with respect, the utmost care, and very knowledgeable about lady parts ;) the entire staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable every step of the way... there's a sonographer on-site and I didn't have to make a separate appt for my transvaginal ultrasound... I love this location and hope you visit if you're reading this ! I'm a black woman and this clinic found the little fibroids hiding in me... I'm truly grateful I chose this place and feel relieved.

Very upset that I made an appointment to get my annual pap but instead they bring me in an office and they give me test results from almost a month ago. When I asked why I was never called she said you usually come in for results. That makes no sense to me. Someone should call and tell me my results are ready like the doctor told me they would on my last visit. So I paid a copay to get results. I will not be returning to this office.

He was very speedy; was kind of cold and not gentle. Did not listen to me. He just sped through the procedure which made me feel uncomfortable. The staff was not very helpful or knowledgeable and when I asked him for insurance recommendations he suggested Medicaid. I was not looking for that, I wanted his professional advice and he would not budge; he shrugged. After the sonogram he had photos if my fetus and I was sooo over joyed and he begin to fold them up in my file and I asked to see it and he says to me "did you want one?" Well of course! This was a horrible doctors visit! I've had panic attacks and went to the E.R. and received better care than what Dr. Bronfman provided. I recommend him to women who are looking for abortions, at least they would appreciate the quick and impersonal.

My appointment was 10AM, but finally I saw doctor 1:30PM!! I asked receptionist why it took long time to see doctor, then they said that doctors had some other things to do rather than see annual check up patients. I asked then a couple times why it took so long time, and they kept saying “it doesn’t take while” and I was waiting 3 and half hours!!!
If doctors have something other than see “just annual check up paicents” then WHY they take appointment even they are unable to keep on time?
I took sonogram many times before, and every time they use condom to cover equipment where put inside. BUT I didn’t see any cover for the equipment, and I don’t think tip is disposable. So, that meaning they use equipment that put somebody’s inside and just wipe by alcohol wipe and use to other patient? I hope NOT, but what I saw was no cover for the tip/head (?) . I hope I was wrong and they change head/tip every time they have new patients.
