Dr.was great but Zocdoc sent me to the wrong location. They had moved 6 months earlier.

Jasmine was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave good information. What put me off is the shady business practices. This is at Lense Crafters. I had to sign 6 forms, most of them just a signature on a screen with no idea what I was signing other than "its just another HIPA form". The one I signed at the end of the appointment I got a copy of to read later: it stated that I "refused dilation" and that I had been "informed of the need for dilation" and that without it I "could have a condition go undetected that would lead to total vision loss." They had me sign this at the *end* of my appointment and didn't explain any of that. I find this pretty frustrating because I came in specifically to check my eye health. Also, the cost appointment was more than I thought it would be, as they add on extra fees than what a general eye appointment covers, and this was just an appointment to check eye health.
