I was referred to Professional Physical Therapy for 6 weeks for knee pain. I must say the staff there were courteous and professional. After 2 weeks I felt so much progress and less pain, and by the end of my Therapy no pain at all. I want to give a big shout out and thank you to Natasha and her assistant (can't rember his name) And also to Dorinda who treated me with kindness, professionalism, concern and attention. Still going strong. Thank you all. I recommend this facility.

Cannot highly recommend Professional PT enough. A friend highly recommended this location, and Joe in particular, and I’m so glad he did. I came to PT after a major knee injury and surgery. I’m confident that if I had not had the best PT available my recovery would have been much worse, including potentially requiring another surgery. It’s been the hardest thing I’ve ever done but Joe, Jose and the whole team have cheered me on and made sure this injury didn’t destroy my life. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

I had a great experience here. Everyone on staff was very pleasant, and professional. I never had to wait long to be seen. The office is nice and clean. My Physical Therapist Andrew Labbate was very personable and helpful, he gave me exercises to do at home to help speed up my recovery. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who asks. I will return to this office again for any PT needs

In am in PT for knee replacement rehab and I highly recommend Rich Lenz and his team in their Fresh Meadows facility. Rich is professional, knowledgeable and patient. He is accommodating with scheduling and always does best to work around the patient’s preferences. The personal PT regimen he assigns works!! I am gaining more mobility and strength with every session. Dr Lenz makes you look forward to your appointment! Can’t say enough great things or thank him and his staff enough for an A++ experience!

PT was good, mostly seen by an intern though and she was also good. Another intern seems more inexperienced and I think instructed me incorrectly One appt I made though and they put it down at the wrong time (like told me one time but the computer said a different time) but still saw me, and another time, still saw me even though I was late which I appreciated. Without a doctor’s prescription they see you 10x or up to 10x in 30 days which is also good!

I have worked with Glenn Bitran on two different physical therapy injuries. One was a long term shoulder injury that is now feeling much better. Great therapist and office. Very knowledgeable and attentive.

Everyone was very courteous and helpful, from the front desk helping me complete my information intake to Shoshana providing very useful exercises to strengthen my muscle issue. I left feeling very positive about fully recovering as well as having preventative tools for the future

After having a knee replacement in November I knew I needed to come back to Professional Physical Therapy for treatment. I previously came with arthritis foot pain and a shoulder replacement. Both times I fully recovered. This Sayville staff is a group of skilled ,knowledgeable ,compassionate people. It is a healing environment that promotes hope and encouragement in the difficult process of recovery Thank you in particular to Jessica and Amanda and Maggie!

I had an excellent experience from the moment I checked in until I left. Lindsay understood my objections I hoped to gain from the session. She was able to explain what was going on with my spine. She did a thorough assessment followed by treatment and was able to explain what I needed to do. She worked with me until I felt confident I could to my exercises at home. John is an excellent physical therapist. Always on time. Listens to my issues, works on my areas of concern, always increasing my exercises to correct my problem. I wouldn’t want any other therapist and I am extremely satisfied with the results.

Second time I've done PT at Professional. I credit Glenn and John both with my faster than expected recovery. I received top notch care there and also appreciated the creativity in my sessions. I was also given plenty of at home workouts to continue strengthening my knee. Hope to never see them again but, if I'm in need of a Physical therapist, there's no question in where I will go.

I went to physical therapy for my neck with both Julie and Merileni. They are personable, caring and you feel better in a couple of visits. The aides and receptionist are also very helpful and friendly. I have also gone previously after shoulder surgery. I highly recommend this establishment.

Very knowledgeable and thorough analysis of problems I am having with my back. Multiple therapies were administered which addressed my symptons. Also received follow exercises to do at home, and a treatment plan going forward. I am already feeling better after just one visit and highly recommend this PT.

Went to Professional PT for pain in both shoulders. Mark was my therapist. He gave good instructions on exercises to strengthen muscles around my shoulders. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful. The patients seemed to enjoy coming to their therapy—warm atmosphere!

I hit jackpot when I blindly chose Samantha due to the proximity of the facility to my home in Warwick. She is the most caring, knowledgeable and amazing physical therapist I have ever met. (I’ve been to a few in the past, so I can compare.) i immediately felt comfortable with her because not only did she make eye contact but she she explained everything going on so I could understand. And she took her time instead of rushing through her explanations, so I felt like a valued client. I would definitely recommend Samantha to anyone who asks me for a good PT.
