I was referred to Professional Physical Therapy for 6 weeks for knee pain. I must say the staff there were courteous and professional. After 2 weeks I felt so much progress and less pain, and by the end of my Therapy no pain at all. I want to give a big shout out and thank you to Natasha and her assistant (can't rember his name) And also to Dorinda who treated me with kindness, professionalism, concern and attention. Still going strong. Thank you all. I recommend this facility.

Cannot highly recommend Professional PT enough. A friend highly recommended this location, and Joe in particular, and I’m so glad he did. I came to PT after a major knee injury and surgery. I’m confident that if I had not had the best PT available my recovery would have been much worse, including potentially requiring another surgery. It’s been the hardest thing I’ve ever done but Joe, Jose and the whole team have cheered me on and made sure this injury didn’t destroy my life. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

I had a great experience here. Everyone on staff was very pleasant, and professional. I never had to wait long to be seen. The office is nice and clean. My Physical Therapist Andrew Labbate was very personable and helpful, he gave me exercises to do at home to help speed up my recovery. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who asks. I will return to this office again for any PT needs

In am in PT for knee replacement rehab and I highly recommend Rich Lenz and his team in their Fresh Meadows facility. Rich is professional, knowledgeable and patient. He is accommodating with scheduling and always does best to work around the patient’s preferences. The personal PT regimen he assigns works!! I am gaining more mobility and strength with every session. Dr Lenz makes you look forward to your appointment! Can’t say enough great things or thank him and his staff enough for an A++ experience!

PT was good, mostly seen by an intern though and she was also good. Another intern seems more inexperienced and I think instructed me incorrectly One appt I made though and they put it down at the wrong time (like told me one time but the computer said a different time) but still saw me, and another time, still saw me even though I was late which I appreciated. Without a doctor’s prescription they see you 10x or up to 10x in 30 days which is also good!
