I don't usually leave online reviews, but recently when I broke my shoulder at the age of 75, I had a wonderful experience with both Alekko and Kevin. They were both truly knowledgeable, about the body, bones, muscles and tissues: They designed an effective therapy plan for me that surprisingly, at my age, has restored practically all my range of motion and functionality. They are very good, not to mention that the atmosphere in the clinic among patients and therapists is collegial and actually enjoyable. I feel very fortunate to have been referred to this practice.

The physical therapists meet you exactly where you’re at—never pushing too hard, always moving at a pace that feels safe and steady. When I was ready, they gently challenged me, and thanks to their care and guidance, I’m now back to where I was before my surgery. I can’t thank them enough!

I recently had the opportunity to experience therapy in the Professional PT Ridgefield location. Jay took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and assess my condition thoroughly. The treatment plan was tailored to my specific needs, and each exercise was clearly explained, ensuring that I knew exactly what to do and why. While my therapy experience was brief, it was effective and gave me a positive impression of Jay and his team’s skill and dedication. I would recommend this therapy, and I would happily return if further treatment were needed in the future.

As a septuagenarian, I am a huge fan of PT as an alternative to more extreme and invasive procedures. I’ve now been to Professional Physical Therapy on three occasions. Most recently I worked with Samantha, who was excellent. With respect to this being a review, perhaps the best thing I can say is that - as a repeat customer - my experience has consistently been terrific. They are my go to PT people.
