I came to Dr. Parra in severe pain, barely able to stand or walk comfortably. Their expert treatment, patience, and personalized approach made a world of difference. Through targeted adjustments, soft tissue work, and guided rehab, my pain has drastically decreased after ONLY 1 VISIT. I’m beyond grateful and highly recommend Dr. Parra to anyone dealing with serious spinal issues. I will be following the suggested treatment plan.

Dr. Parra was very reassuring in his assessment and proposed strategy for addressing my increasingly persistent lower back pain and neck stiffness. Also, Dr. Paul introduced me to some effective, albeit challenging, mobility exercises. I'm looking forward to my following visits.

Today was my first visit at Dr. Parra’s office or a chiropractor for that matter. Overall, my experience was fantastic from start to finish. After filling out new patient paperwork, I was seen right away. Dr. Parra listened to my concerns, provided explanations and feedback as to what could be the problem, and created a plan going forward for treatment. Nice, clean office that I will be returning to. It was good experience. my insurance provider wasn't excepted as it was listed on zocdoc, but other than that, the doctor was easy to communicate with, he was to the point, and he fixed my neck pain/stiffness that same day. So the visit was definitely worth it. would recommend.

Dr. Jon has great bedside manner. He states the movements that he would be making and the tools he will use, prior to using them, so that patients feel comfortable with what's being done to their bodies. He also explains how a certain tool or maneuver might feel and the sounds that you might hear. I appreciate doctors who communicate clearly and transparently. Things definitely popped when he adjusted my lower and upper backs. It was still a little shocking and jarring in the moment as it was my first time seeing a chiropractor, but it was also kind of awesome.
