I came to Dr. Parra in severe pain, barely able to stand or walk comfortably. Their expert treatment, patience, and personalized approach made a world of difference. Through targeted adjustments, soft tissue work, and guided rehab, my pain has drastically decreased after ONLY 1 VISIT. I’m beyond grateful and highly recommend Dr. Parra to anyone dealing with serious spinal issues. I will be following the suggested treatment plan.

Dr. Galvan is awesome - I saw him for a myriad of issues from golfer's elbow, to low back pain, to incredibly tight hamstrings. He got me back on the field and in the gym within a few weeks. Very professional and friendly, and provided super helpful exercises to do at home. He's now my go-to PT and I would recommend him to anyone.

I been experiencing severe lower back pain for years. I went to other PT and Chiropractor, was misdiagnosed and makes my pain even worse that leads me with additional nerve pain on my bilateral lower extremities. I’m grateful that I have found Dr. John
Paul Galvan, he diagnosed me with annular tear to L4-5,L5-S1 and SI joint Dysfunction. I received an excellent care, his massage, modified exercises and treatment gives immediate relief!! He provided better understanding regarding my pain and diagnoses. I noticed that my mobility increased and pain scale decreased. His home exercise helps to ease my pain. I went to therapy because of my chronic lower back pain thats been bothering me for a long time. Dr Paul was keen with his assessment and provided me a detailed treatment plan. I can say that he is highly proficient with what he do. After a few sessions, i felt so much better and able to walk longer with less pain on my lower back.
