This was the second out of two times ZocDoc failed me. Recently l used ZocDoc for PT appointment, and the appointment never existed. This time for a Psychologist, there was no appointment for the one l booked for my son, and we were provided with the only person available at that time slot. I will avoid ZocDoc in the future.

I worked with Dr. Brower to complete a neuropsychological exam for concerns about attention, memory, anxiety, and depression. The office was clean and I was greeted by Dr. Brower within minutes of walking in to the office. I appreciated her way of explaining information, she was attentive in making sure I understood provided information. She is also great at checking in with you before, during, and after the exam to maintain comfort. I felt she was genuine in her concerns and she is a non-judgmental listener. Although I was nervous for the exam, I was comfortable speaking to her about sensitive information. I completed a feedback session two weeks after my initial appointment and was highly impressed by the detailed report that was constructed by her. I felt comfortable asking questions and she took the time to address my questions even after the feedback session. I have already recommended Dr. Brower to friends as I know it's common to be nervous for this kind of exam.

I felt like my concerns were not fully heard. Provider listed medications in her report that I had never taken nor been prescribed. There was no staff at the front desk to address concerns.
