I chose this provider out of location, but after this session that won’t be a priority.
The facility isn’t modern and cramped, with areas separated only by curtains, so privacy isn’t a high concern.
When describing my pain, he wouldn’t let me go into detail, brushing it off with “it’s gonna be ok”. I gave him the benefit of it being a language barrier but he kept cutting me off when I brought up a concerns I have.
We ran through a battery of tests, which he wouldn’t explain before doing and BIGGEST RED FLAG, he wouldn’t give me cues while he left to attended to other clients. While it’s normal to leave a client unattended for periods, he left me there for AWHILE and the session ran passed an hour.
So I finish with little to no understanding what caused my pain and at the end he suggested returning 2-3 times a week(red flag). When asked about exercises to do at home, he just said just do the ones I showed, with no printout.

Hossam is a great physical therapist. He is very hospitable and really personalized my treatment plan. My hip feels much better since starting my PT.
