have been a patient of Dr. Knox since 2011, and she has helped me tremendously over the years, especially with neck and back issues from multiple car accidents when I was younger. My neck is notoriously difficult to adjust, and Dr. Knox has always understood exactly what I need. More recently, she also helped me recover from vertigo, which I’m very grateful for. I originally came to Proper Balance for chiropractic care but have come to appreciate Dr. Knox’s broader holistic approach and the wonderful team she has built. I’ve also had great experiences with massage therapy, Red Light Therapy, and PRF for both skin rejuvenation and joint injections. I recently saw Dr. Allie as well, and she was excellent, especially with manual adjustments. She adjusted my difficult neck with precision and care, improving both my alignment and mobility. I’m deeply grateful for Dr. Knox and the entire Proper Balance Healthcare team and highly recommend them.

Came in with hip pain and back pain, went through a long treatment process to correct what I found out were very misaligned hips. After several months of consistently good treatment, my hips are much more in line, and my pain has diminished greatly! Dr Knox, Allie, and Steve are all fantastic!!

This is the best Chiropractor place in Chicago! My husband and I have been coming here for 15 years and we always feel so much better after our treatments. The adjustments are one of a kind, the shockwave is always a game changer, we Love the red light bed and the massages are hands down the best that we have ever experienced.
