I waited a few days before giving my feedback to see if the appt. was as negative as I thought it was & since then, my negative feelings towards the appt. have not changed. I'm very disappointed by this experience. When the provider walked into the room, off the bad she seemed upset/uninterested. When I told her my concerns, she kind of brushed it off. Her suggestion of Botox for jaw pain & an asthma pump & an EKG for chest pain seemed short of what she could have provided. After a scheduling error with my insurance, the provider & the front office personnel talked to me like I was stupid. They made commentary on my other doctors for being a DO instead of an MD, which I also found rude. They also spoke in Spanish when talking bad about me - as if I didn't understand. They even went as far as saying that my reason for being there was pointless and a waste of time. That was an embarrassment of an appointment.

What a gem! Cleanest office with a great organic vibe, not like most stuffy overbooked doctor offices. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the doctor was outstanding. Overall I am very pleased. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new doctor.

I think I never left a bad review before in my life, but I have no other choice. This is probably the most unprofessional and careless doctor office I’ve ever visited. I had to remind the doctor office three days in a row to send me my medication and they kept telling me OK OK finally when they sent it it was the wrong medication then I had an appointment with the doctor at 1 PM !! At 1:50 PM. ?I still didn’t receive any phone call and I called them twice to remind them , I haven’t received any call at 1 PM. Later I got answer, sorry the doctor is busy now with another patient. I said why the doctor took another patient after 1 PM if she knew she had appointment with me at
1 PM they couldn’t give me any answer. The doctor very careless. She didn’t ask any questions when I saw her. She didn’t suggested me anything. I had to tell her what kind of medication to gave me this is outrageous. I’m more than unsatisfied. It was the biggest mistake in my life to go to her.

The office was good! However, I came all the way to Pines from Ft. Lauderdale. Because, I had seen great reviews on the provider. However right from the beginning, although I showed up 20 min prior to my appointment. It took them over an hour to see me. Once I met the provider, she was not friendly but rather cold and not really attentive to what I was telling her. She interrupted me a few times and seemed absent.
