She was okay, but she didn’t read my file before our first appointment, which is a big no-no in my books! She’s a nice person and can be understanding, but she needs to be prepared, especially for our first appointment.

Ms. Mazeikis is a great listener and has helped me get through a lot of rough times in my life. She has given me advice when I’ve needed and just been there for me and listened to me when I’ve needed to vent. She remembers details about me and makes my experiences seem valuable and is a sincerely great reference for helping me process difficult to explain emotions. I’m grateful to have found someone like this, that is a helpful resource whenever I need.

Jeanette is a very kind and warm counselor. She is patient with me and I never feel judged like I have with other therapists. I feel she has helped me come such a long way since we have been working together and she works at my pace.
