I received reminders and I updated online what ever they needed. When I went to the appointment they told me that this appointment was canceled by them because first I need to be seen by a physician assistant. I am very disappointed. The office would have had 2 weeks to contact me and inform me about this. Instead they told me when I finally went for my appointment.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this office. I arrived on time, checked in properly, and still waited nearly an hour past my appointment time to be seen.
When I did see the doctor, the visit felt rushed, likely due to how backed up the office was. I understand things get busy, but it was frustrating to feel hurried after waiting so long.
I booked an annual physical, but was only told during the appointment that this could not be done because it was my first visit and care had to be established first. This policy was never communicated beforehand via Zocdoc, email, phone, or at check-in. Had I known, I would have planned differently.
I also never received a follow-up call to explain my test results. Months later, I received multiple LabCorp bills, including charges for allergy testing that was never explained to me and that I would have declined.
TLDR there was poor communication, long waits, and surprise billing. Steer clear.
