She is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and professional, yet her greatest strength is her kindness. She is one of the most non-judgmental providers I’ve ever encountered and creates a sense of emotional safety that is deeply comforting. You leave feeling reassured, understood, and supported.
Insurance contracting is often beyond a provider’s control, and I am grateful that Dr. Cha accepts insurance and continues to deliver such meaningful, unhurried care.
Her receptionist, Ms. Laura, is an absolute gem — warm, patient, and truly caring. This entire practice is exceptional.
