We provide Upper Extremity Rehab (shoulder, elbow, wrist and fingers) after traumas and injuries. We service adult and pediatric patients. Conditions that we treat may include: fractures, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendon repairs, trigger finger, arthritis, joint replacement, nerve impingement and stoke. We also specialize in custom splints after nerve repairs, carpal tunnel syndromes, fractures and many other conditions

I have had the pleasure to have Dmitry Demydyuk, COTA render excellent rehab therapy to my extremely painful hands due to arthritis and spurs. My hands were barely touchable because of the pain but little by little, I trusted the process and I was able to start using my hands again for crafting. Heat therapy, ultrasonic therapy and deep tissue massage is an excellent combination for my therapy. Dmitry is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and caring of his clients and their needs.
