First time visiting the clinic and I was very impressed. Front staff greeted you upon arrival and also took me to the exam room..very pleasant and friendly.
The provider was thorough and since it was my first time she asked me about my medical information and then proceeded to reason why I was there today. She listened and then did the necessary testing for my sick visit. Told me what to do in order to get better and to follow up in a week if not better. Highly would recommend this urgent care to anyone who is need of one. Will not disappoint.

Dr. Anna Grinko was great at listening and helping with what I came in for. The only constructive feedback is that there aren't enough doctors at this location, when I want she was the only one there and was almost there for 2 hours for a 5 minute checkup.

Dr. Grinko was a great listener, asked detailed questions, validated all of my concerns, gave me a number of referrals, and was open to running any and all tests I requested. She made me feel seen, cared for, and I trusted that I was in good hands. The Medical Tech team was also lovely! Gentle, kind, and made me super comfortable during a variety of tests.

My first visit to this clinic was good. The office was clean. The staff was nice and respectful. The doctor was extremely nice and caring. Would I recommend, definitely. If I would have felt uncomfortable I would not be leaving this review.

The staff was incredibly kind, there was virtually no wait, everyone was experienced and the doctor was incredibly thorough. I will definitely be returning, everything was made very clear to me (whether my insurance was covered, what was going to happen next, etc.), they provided quality care, and I cannot stress enough how kind the people working at the clinic were!

I love Dr. Grinko and her staff! For my first five years in NYC I bounced around to whoever took my insurance/was available, and my experiences were moderate to downright awful. Since finding Dr. Grinko two years ago, I’ve been her loyal patient. She’s attuned and thorough. (She called me for weeks following a questionable ECG result. I was hard to get a hold of and am SO GRATEFUL she followed up because it led to seeing a specialist and getting diagnosed with a chronic heart condition that I would otherwise be unaware of!) She and her staff are warm and personable, there’s never a long wait, always appointments available during my lunch break…I really can’t overstate what a great primary care provider she is. 10/10 recommend!!
