DO NOT BOOK!! This was easily the worst doctor I have ever seen. I had a serious issue and he denied my care. I’ve never had a doctor outright deny care. I was also waiting for him for an hour. He had no concern and told me to go to another primary care doctor. He didn’t check anything while I was there. Save your energy and time and go to a different doctor.

Easy from the get go! Saw me day of with a very short wait. Friendly staff and Dr Shaybekyan was friendly and very knowledgeable. Treated me on the spot and prescribed me the needed medications. A bonus was the on site parking with validation. Too bad I don't live in this state, otherwise I would keep Dr. Shaybekyan as my primary. AWESOME DOCTOR!!!

I needed to find a new doctor due to insurance changes, but of course your first visit you never know what to expect even if the ratings you checked look good.
That said...I was pleasantly surprised. I really like the doctor(he treated me immediately for a painful shoulder issue) and discussed my other issues that I wanted to get checked out. All handled.
I also thought the staff was excellent.
It's kind of a small office, and I like that. Parking was easy on that day underground under the office.
So for now this is my doctor's office of choice!

My experience from beginning to end was very lovely. I was welcomed by the receptionist, asked to complete the forms with kindness, validation, and patience. I waited about 8-10 minutes to be taken in by the nurse. They were very good at reviewing the questionnaire, had my vitals taken, and after a couple of minutes, wait was directed to the room. I waited about 35-40 minutes. I usually don't mind because that means the doctor actually spends time with their patients, and that was true here. My treatment was a simple pap, so nothing specific, but I got clear directions, communication of what is recommended, gathering of my medical history and background, and a great bedside manner. I am extremely satisfied with my first visit.

I like this office, it was clean and felt welcoming. The low stars for the wait time was due to the fact I am a new patient and had to fill out paperwork. But once that was taken care of I was scene fairly quick. I would recommend everyone to come here he is now my primary Dr.

This was my second time visiting Dr. Shaybekyan, and I have had a great experience both times. The office staff is very friendly, very clean and modern looking office space, available on site parking which is free with validation from the office. Dr. Shaybekyan has a great bedside matter, is friendly and really seems to care.

What made this experience immediately satisfying was the total air of friendliness and helpfulness everyone in the office expressed--not just the doctor but every other staffer. It turned out that the visit required a referral to a specialist for a matter that needed prompt attention. Within two days, I was able to see the second doctor, something I would not have been able to accomplish without the action and attention I received.

AT 6AM i booked my 10:45AM appointment for the same day! this was my first visit with this doctor /group. Dr. jack sat down with me asked questions ,let me talk and he listened , a very positive experience .Dr. Jack even spoke language i understood.i can't say enough great things about him. now im excited about going back to see him . my past experience with other "Dr. groups" had left a bad experience 's with me where i didn't want to go because they had no clue how to work with me for my care plan. over all 12 out of 5 stars in my book . The office was very clean. It was easy to check in and l was seen quickly. Office staff were friendly. Dr. Shaybekyan took time to ask me questions and listened to what I had to say. The exam seemed thorough. There was parking on site and I was able to get 90 minutes validation, so did not have to pay. There was also a place below where I was able to get an X-Ray done the same visit. Would highly recommend

From the moment I arrived, I felt dismissed rather than cared for. He displayed a complete lack of concern for my questions and seemed more focused on rushing through the appointment rather than genuinely listening.
What was even more unsettling was his attitude toward his female staff. He was noticeably rude and dismissive, creating a tense and uncomfortable environment. A medical practice should be built on respect and empathy, but that was far from the case here. I felt like just another transaction rather than a person in need of care
