They made what I expected to be an awful experience (removal of all wisdom teeth) into a bearable, even enjoyable (?) afternoon. They have a team of extremely qualified professionals, from the front door to the nurses and doctors. I was even provided with a stress ball and noise cancelling headphones!!

Dr Gheddaf Dam is by far the most competent, kind and caring dentists I have ever seen. I wish she could be my primary care physician, she is that good. I found her when I needed a dental implant, I was a wreck about it and my former dentist's approach left much to be desired; he was basically contracting out the work, sending me to one doctor for the extraction, another for a bone graft, and then back to him where another doctor would do the implant. Unhappy with that piece meal approach I spent a few hours doing research on Implants when I found Dr Ghedaff Dam's recently published work on Implants using a new procedure that could streamline the process and even avoid a bone graft. I got in touch with her and it was the best decision I've ever made. Not only did she do all the work herself, she did the implant in half the time,and also saved me money by avoiding an unnecessary bone graft with her cutting edge technique. I couldn't be happier. She is patient with questions, addresses your concerns and educates you along the way in a thoughtful caring way. Since then she has replaced all of my old crowns and my smile has never look better. She recently bought this practice and I have nothing but praise and positive things to say, from the front desk, to the assistants and hygienists - they all make going to the dentist as pleasant and positive experience as possible and the views of Copley Square from her chair are nice too!

Excellent staff and front desk, and impeccable dentistry from the owner, Dr. Ghedaff Dam. I have been a patient of this practice for many years, and then had to leave town and just came back to be very pleasantly surprised by the change in ownership. Finally a dentist with high credentials and who truly cares for her patients. She's the one dentist who actually listens! Will come back for more treatment for me and my wife and we are thrilled to have found this office.

Dr. Dam has been an amazing change to Prudential Dental. While I didn't have any specific problems with the old ownership, I didn't realize what I was missing until I was under Dr. Dam's care. She is extremely warm, knowledgable, and wanting to help. I felt uncomfortable with a mouth guard, and didn't vocalize it too well as I was embarrassed, but she picked up on the signs and acknowledged that the fit wasn't right and quickly decided to start fresh with a new guard which I was very pleased to hear. Her staff is also very friendly and helpful. I have also had fillings and an overlay with Dr. Dam which were quick and painless. She was very conscious of my comfort level.

First off, the view from the dental chair of Dr. Gheddaf Dam is pretty spectacular—it looks right out over Copley Square. Certainly the best view I’ve ever enjoyed in a dentist’s office. Going along with such a remarkable view was remarkably attentive service. From the moment the elevator doors opened directly into the reception area, I was made to feel welcome. The receptionist (I believe her name is Jennifer) greeted me and made it clear they were happy I was trying them out. When I had questions about some of the usual forms you sign when you are a first-time visitor to any doctor’s office, she was responsive and helpful. I was taken back to a dental chair the moment I finished filling out the forms, and the dental assistant swiftly began taking X-rays of my teeth (which I needed, since I had not had any in a few years). Though that is never a pleasant process, owing to the uncomfortable apparatus they put in your mouth to capture the images, the assistant was also sensitive to the discomfort and consistently checked on how I was doing. Dr. Gheddaf Dam attended to me shortly afterwards, so that I was never left alone for more than a couple minutes. Dr. Gheddaf Dam was top notch. She clearly understands that patient satisfaction is as important as quality care when it comes to dentistry—I’ve had my share of dentists who made you feel like you were their ATM machine, or that they had many other more pressing obligations to attend to—and her bedside (chairside?) manner was among the very best of any dentist I’ve known. She was friendly, attentive, and explained everything she did with clarity. She did not aggressively push for new work or services, though she explained a few possible concerns about my teeth she could help with. She made me feel like I had the power to make my own decisions about my teeth without causing me to wonder if she was simply looking for ways to increase the bill. I will be going back to her soon. I feel I’ve finally found the dentist I’ve been looking for.

The clinic has been purchased recently by a new dentist (Hamasat Gheddaf Dam), and it is clear that she is trying her best to establish a new structure and build a very positive reputation for the clinic. She came across very pleasant and professional. I completed the medical history on the website before my appointment and I was pleased to see that the doctor had reviewed it before seeing me and discussed it with me. After my examination, Dr. Gheddaf Dam with a very professional and knowledgable approach discussed my x-rays and findings with me and gave me a treatment plan to consider without any pressure to receive the treatment.
