When it’s time for my appointment never received any link or anything to enter to enter to my appointment, I contact the office and they told me they going to call me later ( they never did) I call again and they said I have to wait and I been waiting since then

Didn’t even get a chance to see the nurse practitioner. Filled out the paperwork prior to the appointment for my daughter. Never got a link to the video chat. Called the office five times and it went to voicemail, which was full. Was texting with a representative who sent me the paperwork to fill out again and assured me the link to the video would be at the end of it. There was no link. They stopped responding. I called the office again and I got through to a person (the appointment time had about 10 min left so it wouldn’t have been an effective amount time to have the appointment). She confirmed my number and said someone would text me the link within five minutes…they never did. I’m so disappointed with how the entire situation was handled. The nurse practitioner has great reviews but I didn’t even get the chance to speak with her and the office couldn’t get it together. I don’t write reviews but I was so incredibly frustrated with this experience that I felt it had to be done.

Dr. Ocean is incredible! After the most terrible year and a lot of moving around, finding her was a blessing. I have had so many psychiatrists over the years and she really stands out. I feel like she genuinely cares and is rooting for me and overall makes me feel optimistic, she is very easy to reach and quick to respond with any medication issues and she honestly is just a bright spot in what has seemed like a dark time.
