Psych Inspired

My practice provides exclusively telehealth psychotherapy for adults seeking thoughtful, individualized support in a flexible and accessible format. I work with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, mood disorders, stress, life transitions, performance optimization, relationship difficulties, addiction and substance use, and challenges related to motivation, personal growth, and change. My approach is collaborative, practical, and attentive to the whole person. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I tailor treatment to each individual’s goals, personality, circumstances, and readiness for change. Sessions may focus on understanding longstanding patterns, developing more effective ways of coping, improving emotional regulation, or creating meaningful progress in daily life. I also have specialized experience in sports and performance psychology, working with individuals who want to strengthen focus, confidence, consistency, resilience, and their ability to perform under pressure. This work can be helpful for athletes, professionals, creatives, and others whose goals require sustained motivation and mental discipline. Mindfulness is another important area of my practice. When appropriate, I incorporate mindfulness-based strategies to help clients become more aware of their thoughts, emotions, and reactions without becoming overwhelmed by them. The aim is not simply to reduce symptoms, but to help clients respond to challenges with greater clarity, flexibility, and intention. Telehealth allows therapy to fit more naturally into busy lives while still providing a private, focused, and meaningful space for psychological work. My goal is to create an environment that feels supportive, honest, and productive; one where clients can better understand themselves, work through difficult experiences, and move toward lasting improvements.
