Even though I was a little late to my appointment, Kimberly still made time to get on call with me, which I really appreciated . She was very kind, professional, straightforward. She listened carefully understood exactly what I needed and made the process very smooth. Felt comfortable talking to her and helped me get on the right medication right away. Despite it being a virtual visit, she made me feel immediately welcomed with her warm, compassionate approach.
