I am an out of network provider and do not accept any insurance, however give invoices that you can submit for out of network benefits. Welcome to my practice- your go-to comprehensive practice for all your psychiatric and addiction needs. I offer psychotherapy as well as current evidence-based psychiatric and addiction medication management, including newer proven methods/medication for treatment resistant and persistent mental illness. I am board-certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of a board spectrum of psychiatric conditions and addiction issues. I have also completed a fellowship in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the Institute of Psychoanalytical Education. I have extensive experience in psychopharmacology and psychotherapy. My goal and commitment is to provide compassionate, top quality care for mental health and addiction problems that is customized to meet your individual needs. An Initial consultation with me consists of a comprehensive assessment where I carefully screen for commonly missed coexisting conditions. An accurate diagnosis provides the foundation for an effective treatment plan - tailored for each individual patient’s needs- and includes, but is not limited to, conventional psychotropic medications, psychotherapy, ADHD testing, gene testing for medications, as well as medical marijuana for PTSD. I believe that patients do best when they are in combined treatment- medication & therapy. If you already have a therapist you are comfortable with, I look forward to forging a relationship with him/her so that collaboratively we can get you feeling better quicker. She is nice in the extreme, Professional through and through, but very warm and caring. I would recommend her very ardently.

Dr. Janapana is an excellent psychiatrist, do keep in mind a full psychiatric evaluation plus treatment (If you need one on short notice for a workplace) isn't going to be cheap but for the quality that you get, I'd say it's worth it and she's able to do follow ups over video so you don't always have to go to the office. She'll check in on her patients as well.
