Real conversation in real life. Much needed and much appreciated
Drove 45 mins to get to the office. Sat and waited for 25 minutes (until 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time). Called their phone number only to be told they no longer use Zocdoc. The scheduler on the phone blamed me for the situation because "you should have seen on our website that we don't use Zocdoc". I guess it's easier to make potential clients waste hours of their day and make them feel stupid than to just disable your Zocdoc profile.

Doctor Safahieh was very personable, he was a great listener. He asked the right questions. Clearly he is very interested in the field of psychology, and very knowledgeable. I found him to be genuinely interested in findthe right combination of treatments. I would highly recommend him, and he is out of network for me, but very much work the time and money.
Dr. Safahieh is one of a kind. I have been through doctors hoping to find one that would diagnos my needs properly without throwing medication at me. He truly cares and is extremely knowledgable. I am looking forward to continuing a professional relationship. This is a doctor that has done his homework. Highly recommended.

Rei was fantastic! Our intake appointment was very thorough and he is the first psychiatry provider I’ve ever had that does a genuinely good job of getting to know the patient, which was SO refreshing. He has great bedside manner and is very open minded and I never once felt judged while speaking with him. I’m so thankful I chose to have my appointment with them! Will be my go-to provider from now on. :)
