I’m a licensed therapist dedicated to helping adults navigate life’s challenges with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. In my practice, I create a safe and supportive space where you can explore what’s holding you back and build the tools to move forward with purpose. Together, we’ll focus on understanding your experiences, strengthening your mindset, and fostering lasting emotional growth. I use a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based, and psychodynamic approaches. In simple terms, that means we’ll look at how your thoughts and behaviors impact how you feel, explore where those patterns come from, and use your natural strengths to move forward. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach—our work will be collaborative and tailored to your needs, pace, and goals. Our first session is all about getting to know you—your story, what's been bringing you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from our work together. We'll explore your goals, discuss how I can best support you, and begin creating a plan that feels right for you. You can expect a calm, compassionate environment with no pressure.
