She typed the whole time while asking me questions. I told her i always felt anxious and I’m worried about my anxiety. After 45 mins of questions she told me that i have anxiety and slapped a Prozac presecription my way. Geee..... thanks.

Spent 45 minutes opening up about my trauma, then no actual counseling, just wrote a ‘script and said goodbye. Now I’m feeling worse than before and have to wait 3 weeks before receiving more “counseling”.

Dr. Giles is very insightful and provided excellent guidance and recommendations on my daughter's first appointment. She has excellent bedside manner and I would highly recommend her to others.
Dr. Giles was very attentive and focused on making sure that she provided excellent care. She was kind and a good listener, making sure that I was able to fully explain myself before moving on to other questions or giving feedback on the answers i provided.
Dr.Giles is so warm, genuine, and compassionate. I had to share a lot of tough things with her and was really nervous for this appointment but she was tremendously empathetic and understanding. I would recommend her to anyone. The 1.5 hour drive to get here was well worth it.
She doesn’t listen to your needs, and continues to bother you about your weight even if you have had an eating disorder in the past.

Dr. Giles was opened and listened
She seemed very judgmental and assuming, regardless of what I told her about my history, preferences or needs. Completely impersonal, and made me feel very uncomfortable to the point of me not wanting to continue as a patient under her care. Will never recommend her to anyone, ever.
