I’ve been going to Dr RAFIQ for many years. I have Bipolar disorder and have never been more stable since I got sick at the age of 16. If you are struggling with any kind of mental illness don’t hesitate go to see him. He’s the best Psychiatrist I have ever been to. He is kind and caring and really takes the time to listen and help you any way he can to stabilize your symptoms.
