This chain seems popular, if only because quite a few people are being "treated" at once throughout the open space. If you like a "DIY" vibe for physical therapy, I guess this will work for you. Personally, I'm not sure it's worth the co-pay or going out of the way to do most of these exercises that I can do at home (or already do in yoga). Various therapists rotate around the room and sort of leave you to do your own thing. It's "fast-food" physical therapy. They're nice enough, but I prefer more one-on-one attention and to see the same therapist each time who remembers my injury and pays attention to my movement and progress.

Had an intake with Paolo who was great. The staff is constantly rotating so you likely won't have the same person every time you go but they are all skilled and friendly. Practice is also very flexible with rescheduling. Make sure if you need to reschedule you get their extension though because calling the number on Google takes you to a call center which often doesn't know what's going on. Get the extension ahead of time and call the receptionist at the actual pt place and they are all fantastic. They will also request further visits from insurance on your behalf so you don't even have to think about trying to get more visits approved, they take care of it. Great staff!

Love my experience here! Ahmed was attentive and listened to my needs and was very thoughtful in explaining the treatment plan and my road to recovery. I really love how friendly the staff were too and how comfortable / neighborhoody the environment feels. 10/10 would recommend!

Dr Sakshi is a great listener and communicator, she gives the patient all the time needed to explain the symptoms and how they feel and she backs it up with a detailed explanation of why they feel that way and the approaches she prefers taking as to alleviate them. I knew I was in great hands the moment she started explaining my symptoms she also made sure I was pretty convinced with her approach so that both of us had our expectations aligned. She isn’t one of those Drs that rush a patient to have a room for another one, I could tell she has very high morals, values and ethics in her practice. Definitely recommend Dr Sakshi and looking forward to our journey through this.

The PTs are good but I saw a different PT every time I went and had to explain my problem at every session. The place is always busy and they don’t seem to have enough space and PTs for the number of patients they have.

Sakshi Mahajan is attentive and detailed. Test different movements to narrow down the source of the problem. She then explained the muscles involved. She then created a series of stretches, exercises, and massages to help heal the problem. I am very happy being under her care. I highly recommend Sakshi Mahajan

I finally have a practice that cares about me! I am so grateful I found this place, because it's better than any Physical Therapy I've been to in Park Slope. It is pleasant from the moment you enter, and are greeted with a friendly face at the front desk, to the warm welcome of the team that will guide you through your personal healing journey. They closely monitor & adjust you as you do your work. Naturally, the harder you try, the more benefit you will receive, and with a cracked spine, herniated discs & sciatica, I was in terrible pain when I arrived. Couldn't move. Now, I walk through Prospect Park to warm up, and after exercises; there is massage! Thank you Sherri & all of the therapists whose smile I remember; but names I forget. (And when you're done with PT, Ali's Roti is right across the street! The final reward.)
